Use this form for app support, privacy or deletion requests, subscription questions, WhatsApp import issues, accessibility feedback, and general inquiries.
For TestFlight builds, send support requests through TestFlight feedback when possible and include "Measured support" in the message.
For App Store builds, use this public Support URL or the email contact below for support scope, troubleshooting steps, subscriptions, account deletion, privacy questions, and safety boundaries.
This zero-cost form opens your email app with a message addressed to contact.measured@gmail.com. The website does not store form submissions.

Subscriptions
Measured subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel billing, use Apple's subscription management. Deleting your Measured account does not cancel App Store billing.
Account And Data Deletion
Measured has two separate deletion paths: Delete Account & Cloud Data for account-scoped cloud data, and Delete All Device Data for local drafts, history, feedback, memory, WhatsApp import digests, and relationship briefs on that device.
WhatsApp Import Support
Measured supports manual import of text-only WhatsApp exports for the first release. Measured does not read WhatsApp directly. Voice notes, images, videos, stickers, and other media files are not analyzed in this release.
- Export the chat without media.
- Choose the text file when importing.
- Use a shorter date range if the export is extremely large.
- Keep the app open while the import is processing.
Safety
Measured is communication coaching support. It is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, mental-health treatment, emergency support, or crisis support.
If you are in immediate danger, or if a situation involves threats, stalking, coercion, fear, or risk of harm, prioritize your safety and contact local emergency services, crisis resources, or trusted support in your area.
